Free is for one owner to investigate a real environment. It includes one read-only Kubernetes cluster, two live integrations, public knowledge, and limited private workspace memory.
One workspace will map to one future Stripe Customer. Team pricing is $19 per active workspace member each month, including the owner.

Public knowledge helps every responder learn the workflow. Billing begins when a team needs shared private context, collaboration, and deeper operational retention.
Not yet. This page describes the planned commercial model; Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, and enforced limits are a separate billing release.
The IncidentFlow Kubernetes agent remains public. Plans govern the hosted workspace and the production context connected through it.
