Install Slack
To connect Slack, sign in to IncidentFlow, open Integrations, choose Slack, and approve the requested permissions. After OAuth completes, select the Slack channels that IncidentFlow MCP tools are allowed to read. You can disconnect Slack from IncidentFlow or remove the app from your Slack workspace at any time.

If Slack OAuth fails, include the error shown by Slack or IncidentFlow, the Slack workspace you are trying to connect, and whether the app was already installed in another IncidentFlow workspace.
