Use Of The Service

IncidentFlow provides incident intelligence, workflow, and integration tools for engineering and operations teams. You are responsible for ensuring that your users and connected systems are authorized to use the service.

Connected Services

When you connect third-party services such as Slack, you authorize IncidentFlow to access those services according to the permissions granted during installation and your workspace configuration. You can revoke access from IncidentFlow or from the connected service at any time.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. IncidentFlow uses customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not submit data that you are not permitted to process or share with IncidentFlow.

Availability

We work to keep IncidentFlow reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party service disruptions. Preview and beta features may change as the product evolves.

Acceptable Use

You may not use IncidentFlow to violate laws, compromise security, access systems without permission, abuse third-party services, or interfere with other customers.
